Southwark Council refuse collectors have seemingly been caught fly-tipping the streets they are supposed to be cleaning up.

A video shot by a resident at Stephenson Crescent, South Bermondsey, seems to show council workmen putting boxes onto an existing pile of rubbish next to a bin storage area, rather than taking it away.

Local councillor Graham Neale was made aware of the video and has now reported it to the council, who say they are investigating.
